Alaska Airlines agent accused of theft
Fairbanks - Authorities accuse steal an Alaska Airlines ramp agent luggage at the airport in Fairbanks.
The Daily News-Miner reports Robert Norman Webb Jr., 37, was charged 26th July. The costs arising from a sting conducted by 22nd December from Fairbanks International Airport police and corporate security.
Officials planted two suitcases on a desirable bait with electronic flight from Fairbanks and ramp agents arrested three, after the bags were loaded. Authorities say Webb with an iPod from one of them was found, but police said he looked at the floor and picked it up for storage.
Police say a search of the home agent raised a knife matching the description of one reported missing from checked baggage.
